JENGA DAYS

so dave and ryan have come and gone now. Ryan left last friday and dave took off for woodward this morning. I hung out while they rode some bikes, we went on hikes, had some dog parties, played Jenga and made some delicious meals. A great time. Wish we could travel by just folding the map.

Im healin up, still riding a stationary bike instead of a moving one but getting closer all the time. I started a new job and wrecked my car so i have been pretty busy lately, hence the lack of posts. Dave got himself a fancy digital camera so eventually i will share some moments captured from the last week, including some really great pictures of sasquatch canyon. the trails are actually in fairly great shape, and I have some good ideas for next year already planned. now it just needs to rain. only 7 months away. Cant wait to be riding bikes..soon enough.

it sounds like the woodward west digging crew will be an all cottonwood/redding team this year, so expect stuff to be dialed and steep and all the squirrels to be dead in the surrounding county. go get em snacks! I hope to go check out the trails some summer weekend, takers?

a video of chertsey trails in england. found over at segment clothing (link in the feathers box). Right now I think this is the place i want to ride the most. look at the length of those berms. railin.

and another video from one set of trails. Saavedra's spot down south. Place looks really fun, a bunch of jumps packed in to a little space, some of the best berms ever and I love how all the landings and lips share with other lines. cheaters for renting the bobcat but whatever. work got done. enjoy
